Utensils -

large mixing bowl
paring knife
cutting board
measurement cups and spoons
2 spatulas, 1 for stirring and 1 for the Cool Whip
large spoon for serving

serving bowls

Ingredients -

1 medium ripe banana
1 cup halved green seedless grapes
1 can diced pineapple in juice, reserve juice
1 cup thinly sliced strawberries
4 small plums, each cut into 8 pieces
2 Granny Smith apples, cored and medium diced
2 peaches, deseeded and medium diced
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. all spice

Cool Whip Refrigerated Whipped Topping (optional)

Combine fruit and reserved pineapple juice together in a large bowl. Add ground cinnamon and all spice; sitr well.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with refrigerated Cool Whip, if desired.

**There isn't a yield to this recipe, so adjust the amount of ingredients as you wish (except for the cinnamon and all spice - a little goes a long way).
