		<description>Having been to Guatemala recently I can tell you that they have everything that you have listed.  However, most of the population is below the poverty level and cannot afford to have mobile phones and personal internet access.  ATM&#039;s are very accessible and there are little internet shops that you can go to and &quot;buy time&quot; on the internet....but I think it is probably more for the tourists than for the locals.  I could be wrong.</description>
